1; The foam fillings we used for hobot chairs are using the same as the car seat foam fillings, which can last for long time use(over 10 years). 2;Hobot chairs are using the high strength carbon steel as its frame construction, and full welding and powder coated on its surface, which ensure its durabilities and long-time use(over 10 years) 3;One of the most important, but often ignored parts of a chair is the gas lift cylinder, that keeps your seat at the proper height. We use only CLASS 4 gas lift cylinders for durability and ease of use. These gas cylinders are extremely strong, long lasting, and support up to 150kg (335pounds).It provides freely adjustable height of +/- ca. 4 inches / 10cm. 4;All the chairs we manufactured have followed the BIfma2017 and En1335 standard, and all spare parts have passed the standard test. 5;And all the materials we using for hobot chairs are meet the requirements of RoHS2.0 and Reach SVCH191; 6;We follow the strict inspection on IQC, IPQC,OQC on product quality control, to ensure all of our products’ durability and stability; which can reduce the complains on the markets. 7;And all of our mechines and equipments are using the automatic mechines, to ensure each step was processed accurately with less tolerance.
